Dr. P Sujithra

Dr. P. Sujithra, Assistant Professor in Crop Management, holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy with specialization in irrigation and weed management. She has made notable research contributions through several peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and academic books focusing on crop production, herbicide practices, and drip fertigation. Her studies on rainfed crops and integrated weed management are widely cited. She has participated in multiple national and international seminars and received awards for best oral and poster presentations. Her work extends into popular science writing, highlighting practical solutions for farmers. Dr. Sujithra also mentors students and teaches core agronomy courses at the undergraduate level.
